Description
Theodorakakos Lykovouno is a dry, organic Assyrtiko from Lakonia. Short oak maturation and stirring of the lees add body and texture, with ripe-apple and melon notes, hints of almond and vanilla, and a mineral finish. Serve at 11–13°C with grilled fish, vegetable pies or stuffed vine leaves.
