Assyrtiko & Moschoudi
Assyrtiko is a Greek white grape originating on Santorini and now grown throughout the country. It retains lively acidity in warm, dry conditions and is prized for its texture, structure and mineral character. Beyond dry whites, it also makes rich sweet wines from sun-dried grapes.
Moschoudi is the local name used for Muscat of Rio Patras. This aromatic white grape belongs to the small-berried Muscat tradition of the Peloponnese and is used for both dry and sweet wines.
