Glinavos Paleokerisio Sparkling
£16.00
Description
Glinavos Paleokerisio revives Ioannina’s traditional semi-sparkling wine. Debina with a little Vlachiko gives it an amber colour, gentle bubbles and a semi-dry finish. Apple and sweet-spice notes make it an unusual partner for savoury pies, bottarga or pasta with tomato sauce. Serve at 10–12°C.
