Xinomavro & Negoska
Xinomavro is a red grape of northern Greece, central to the wines of Naoussa and Amyndeo. It is known for lively acidity, firm tannins and complex aromas that can include red fruit, flowers, tomato and olive. Alongside structured reds, it can produce rosés, sparkling wines and whites made without skin contact.
Negoska is a red grape of northern Greece, particularly associated with the slopes of Mount Paiko and Goumenissa. Its dark fruit, moderate acidity and gentler tannins make it a natural partner for Xinomavro, bringing roundness to blends. It also produces reds and rosés on its own.
