Karadimos Vissa 2019 is a dry Xinomavro from the family’s organically farmed Paleokastra vineyard near Atalanti. Red fruit, plum, tomato and olive notes meet peppery spice, fresh acidity and rounded tannins. Medium in body, it suits game, grilled meat or mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C.
