Junique is a unique combination of white wine and natural juniper extract. An impressive co-existence which gives us a rich, special flavour. The extraction of juniper berries adds an earthy, cool aroma and a slightly bitter flavour. An innovative product made from 100% natural extracts. Εnjoy it slightly chilled (12-13ºC) as an aperitif, straight, on the rocks or in the most unique cocktails.

Producer
Castro is produced by the Hahalis family distillery, one of the most established names in Patras. The business began in the 19th century on the island of Chios — famous for its mastic — before Panagiotis Hahalis moved the operation, and its recipes, to Patras in 1939. Today the distillery sits on the hills outside the city in Romanos, an area prized for the quality of its water, and produces ouzo, mastiha, raisin brandy and a range of liqueurs and vermouths, with particular care given to its traditional spiced Tentoura recipe.
