The Spearmint Castro liqueur is produced from 100% natural extracts of freshly picked spearmint leaves, in a traditional way. Spearmint, an aromatic and refreshing herb, exudes a wonderfully sweet and cool flavour, while extracted in alcohol. It is a stimulating, digestive liqueur with a strong and intense aroma and flavour, which is a novel and creative suggestion for your bar, restaurant or kitchen. You can enjoy it straight, on the rocks, with fresh lemon, lime, orange or pineapple juice, in a dark chocolate or tea beverage, or in cocktails.

Producer
Castro is produced by the Hahalis family distillery, one of the most established names in Patras. The business began in the 19th century on the island of Chios — famous for its mastic — before Panagiotis Hahalis moved the operation, and its recipes, to Patras in 1939. Today the distillery sits on the hills outside the city in Romanos, an area prized for the quality of its water, and produces ouzo, mastiha, raisin brandy and a range of liqueurs and vermouths, with particular care given to its traditional spiced Tentoura recipe.
