DESCRIPTION
Merlot 90% Black Robola 10%. Aged in oak barrels 12 months, this stylish, full-bodied red has complex aromas of red forest fruits such as raspberry and cherry, perfectly blended with the spicy notes of spices and tobacco. It is complex with soft tannins and long vanilla aftertaste.

Anastasio Nicoluzo is a Corfiot who is studying the vinicultural tradition of Corfu island in much depth and detail and dedicates his work in the revival of the forgotten grape varieties that used to thrive on the island but have now been pushed to extinction. He experiments with local grapes, such as Kakotrygis, Xeropodia, Robola White, Muscat or Moschatelo, Petrokoritho White, Tsoupi White or Korakianitiko White, Gkouzianiti, Petrokoritho Black, Robola Black, Skopelitico, Tsoupi Black or Korakianitiko Black, Afioni, Fidia, Mantzavi, Koumi, Katsakoulias. He traces historical evidence, releases only the wines and vintages that come up to his expectations and produces a tiny number of bottles every year. He cultivates and vinifies with minimal intervention. Amongst his private customers have been heavy names of the world celebrity scene.
