DESCRIPTION
Hints of coffee and chocolate in font of sweet vanilla. The mountainous climate of Epirus, the rigorous selection of fermented grape mass from the indigenous variety of Debina and the mastery in distillation provided a solid basis for the ageing of Chrysi Vidra tsipouro. A truly special and upgraded distillate, without anise. It exhibits a very soft finish due to the double distillation and amber colour and complex aromatic character due to its barrel-ageing in French oak barrels for two years.

Debina is a white grape variety from the Zitsa region of Epirus. It is used to produce intense wines of superb quality and freshness. Due to its high acidity levels, it is a perfect choice for sparkling wine production. It represents aromas of apple, pear and peach.
