Multi-cloned low yield Xinomavro vines are growing in low fertility limestone-clay soils with almost 30% active Ca+2. It was vinified in 35hl stainless steel tanks, undergone full of malolactic transformation and matured 14 months into 70% new oak of which 50% 228l, 50% 400l, 20% 2nd use 225l and 10% 3rd use 225l.
